CrewNavio doesn’t put companies side by side in one shared database. When you sign up, we create a separate platform just for your company.
- Its own private database, with its own database login
- Its own staff and customer logins: nobody from another company can sign in
- Its own file storage for photos and signed contracts, served only on your address
- Its own web address, always on an encrypted (https) connection
Two-step sign-in for the team
Everyone signs in at crewnavio.ca/login and goes straight to their company’s platform. Owners, managers and technicians then confirm with an authenticator app or an emailed code.

- Repeated wrong codes or passwords lock the attempt
- Managers can reset a technician’s two-step sign-in

Updates and backups
The software is updated, monitored and backed up by Ravalak Web Solutions in Alberta.
Card payments
Card details are taken by Stripe and the other payment providers. CrewNavio never stores card numbers.
Permissions
Decide who can change prices, record payments, approve time off and sign off safety forms.
Your data is yours
Export your customers, appointments and records any time. If you leave, we hand your data back.
